SkyDive-Shop ONLINE STORE REGULATIONS
Using the website www.sklep-spadochronowy.pl is tantamount to accepting these regulations.
1. General information
1.1. The online parachute store is owned by SkyDive Shop Sklep Spadochronowy with its registered office in Mosty at ul. Na Wzgórzu 31, 81-198 Mosty NIP: 958 083 04 72 REGON: 220413230
1.2. The store sells various types of parachute equipment via the Internet at www.sklep-spadochronowy.pl , such as parachute canopies, covers, automatic devices, altimeters, parachute equipment, goggles, jumpsuits.
1.3. The user of the store is any person visiting the store or using any of its services. Users of the website www.sklep-spadochronowy.pl may use the store in accordance with these regulations and generally applicable laws.
1.4. Trademarks used on the website are the property of their owners and are provided solely for the purpose of identification.
1.5. All prices given in the store are gross prices including VAT. The price shown on the product page at the time of placing the order by the Customer is binding for the parties to the transaction.
1.6. We issue a receipt or VAT invoices for each sold product (depending on the Customer's request). The prices do not include shipping costs.
1.7. All products offered by the store are original and brand new and are covered by a 24-month warranty provided by the Store.
1.8. The purchase of goods is without registration.
2. Order Information
2.1. When placing an order, it will also be necessary to complete the necessary data: name, surname or company name, address, e-mail address and telephone number, and optionally, the Tax Identification Number - necessary to issue an invoice.
2.2. After completing and confirming the data in the order form, a confirmation of purchase will be sent to the e-mail address provided therein.
2.3. Orders placed on non-working days, Saturdays and after 4:00 p.m. on working days will be processed on the next working day.
2.4. When placing an order, the customer is obliged to familiarize themselves with the waiting time for the item they are interested in.
2.5. The Buyer is charged with delivery costs specified at the time of placing the order. These costs may change for reasons beyond the seller's control, i.e. customs, courier, bank, exchange rate costs.
2.6. The customer receives order details in an e-mail sent automatically by the store.
2.7. Placing an order (also before payment) is tantamount to concluding an agreement between SkyDive Shop Sklep Spadochronowy and the Customer.
2.8. The person placing the order must be over 18 years of age and have full legal capacity.
2.9. Order fulfillment begins at the moment of:
- payment posting to the SkyDive Shop account Parachute Shop (payment by bank transfer)
- at the time of transaction authorization in the PayU system
- when the Store receives information about order confirmation (in the case of cash payment upon personal collection).
3. Shipping Information
3.1. The ordered goods are delivered by a courier company.
3.2. The Buyer is charged with delivery costs specified at the time of placing the order. These costs may change for reasons beyond the seller's control, i.e. customs, courier, bank, exchange rate costs.
3.3. Personal collection is also possible at the SkyDive Shop Sklep Spadochronowy office, provided that prior notice of such a desire is given.
3.4. The goods will be shipped within 48 hours on working days and within 24 hours in the case of crediting the money to the account or placing a cash on delivery order.
3.5. However, the Store reserves the right to delay shipping in special cases by up to 4 business days.
3.6. The Store is not responsible for shipping delays due to lack of contact with the Customer.
3.7. The store is not responsible for parcels lost, damaged or destroyed during transport by the courier company. In such cases, complaints should be directed to the courier company responsible for the delivery of the parcel.
3.8. Courier packages are sent in the economy option. The cost of delivery depends on the weight and the selected delivery method and may change depending on the weight and address of the shipment. The exact cost will be provided to you after placing the order and its confirmation by the store.
3.9. In the event of an incorrect address being provided (resulting in the shipment being returned to SkyDive Shop Sklep Spadochronowy ), the shop will charge the Customer the cost of re-shipping.
4. Privacy Policy
4.1. All personal data obtained during the operation of the service are confidential. In no case or form will they be disclosed to other persons or other entities. According to this act, Users have the right to view their data, to correct it and to request that its use be discontinued.
4.2. The Customer consents to the processing of his/her personal data provided in the order for the purposes of order fulfillment and marketing purposes.
4.3. The owner of the online store may introduce changes to these Regulations. The changed Regulations shall enter into force within 7 days of being made available via a message sent to the e-mail address provided by the User, unless the User submits a declaration of termination within that period.
5. Final provisions
5.1. The Store Owner may, at its own discretion and without assuming any civil liability for this, at any time and without prior notice, change in whole or in part and/or discontinue maintaining the Portal.
The language of the Portal and these Regulations is Polish or English.
5.2. The rules of use of the Portal are subject to the interpretation of the law of the Republic of Poland. The legal body deciding on claims arising from the use of this service is the Polish court with jurisdiction over the seat of the Store Owner.
5.3. The Operator reserves the right to change these Regulations at any time - without prior notice to Users.
