Made of aircraft aluminum, the waterproof, audible altitude alarm provides high accuracy altitude indication. It has 3 alarm banks, each with 4 warnings, accessible only by code.

Combined with Alfa, it creates the perfect height control system.

When used with ALTISET, the jumper or mission commander can pre-set the mBar altitude and warnings for the same group of jumpers or the entire team of jumpers via the IR receiver in the Echo, giving greater correction between launch points and drop zone changes.
